This Automated Tire Wrapping Packaging Line is engineered to streamline the entire tire packaging process, integrating various stages to ensure optimal protection for tires and facilitate convenient transportation. By automating these steps, the system significantly reduces labor costs and enhances overall operational efficiency .
A key feature of this line is its modular design. Each segment, including wrapping, stacking, and bundling, can function independently or be seamlessly combined, offering true plug-and-play flexibility . This allows for either a complete line overhaul or targeted upgrades of specific sections.
The system is highly adaptable. Through simple parameter adjustments, it can handle packaging for everything from single tires to multiple-tire stacks . Its versatility extends to accommodating a wide range of tire types, including those for cars, motorcycles, and electric bicycles, regardless of diameter variations .
Process Description：
Wrapping
The Tire Wrapping Machine performs the packaging process by automatically spiraling a thin plastic film around the tire’s surface. This action allows the film to be smoothly and tightly wound around the tire’s circumference.
Stacking
The stacking process involves organizing wrapped tires into stable, grouped stacks for storage or shipment. This can be done manually by operators or automatically using robotic systems.
Bundling
The bunding process involves securing a stack of pre-arranged tires into a tight, stable unit using a strapping machine and packing bands. This critical step ensures the tires remain organized and protected during storage and transport.
Sealing & Shrink
The Sealing process involves wrapping a layer of heat-shrink film around the pre-bundled tire stack. The bundled tires are conveyed through a sealing and shrinking machine, where the film is applied, its edges are sealed together with heat, and the entire unit then passes through a heat tunnel. The applied heat causes the film to shrink tightly, conforming to the shape of the bundle and forming a smooth, protective skin .
