Daily Chemicals Packaging Line for African FMCG Producer - Case Study

Region: Africa (Nigeria). Industry: Cosmetics & Daily Chemicals. Challenge: A fast-growing FMCG producer in Nigeria needed to scale their daily chemicals packaging — shampoo bottles, soap bars, and detergent packs — from manual to automated. They required a solution that could handle irregular bottle shapes and high-volume output. Solution: We deployed ZF-A6345 L-type sealers with three pairs of electric eye sensors to detect and adapt to different bottle shapes automatically. ZF-S450 shrink tunnels provided consistent heat shrinking for tamper-evident retail-ready packaging.
